He has over 30 years of leadership experience in marketing, sales operations, business operations, and product marketing. Previously, he served as general manager, district manager, controller and business operations manager for U.S. Marketing Group at Xerox Corporation. He was also senior manager for strategic partnership integration at Nemours Foundation and executive director for employment and training services for the Commonwealth of Virginia. At Nemours he was a leader in designing and implementing a Delaware healthy communities strategy that included engaging and managing relationships with key leaders and influencers from nonprofit, public sector and for profit companies to help them achieve the desired outcomes. In 2010, he founded ASI along with Marihelen Barrett, RN, MS. He has a Master of Business Administration degree from Wilmington University, Simon Fellow at University of Rochester - William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration, and Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Raymond is Advancing Strategic Innovations, LLC. Chief of Information Technology and Client Services where he guides our clients to understand their assets, clarify their message and execute their strategy to attract clients, customers, donors and volunteers. He provides management and direction for information technology and client services to ASI clients in the public, nonprofit and for profit sectors. He has over 30 years of Corporate leadership experience that includes being a Research Chemist, Plant Quality Control Manager, Communications Manager and Computer Operation Manager at E.I. DuPont. He worked in the development of Free flowing pigment that was granted a Patent US4303702. Raymond also owned and operated a fine art gallery in Wilmington DE.
He earned his Master of Science degree from North Carolina Central University and a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina Central University, both in chemistry.
Theresa Henry is an Affiliate Public Health Consultant for Advancing Strategic Innovations, LLC; a management consulting firm that is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) based in Delaware. Theresa provides guidance and support to ASI clients who are navigating the path to economic and healthy well being in the public, nonprofit and for profit sectors. Prior to joining ASI, Ms. Henry spent 36 years in public health at Virginia Department of Health. Of that, 20 years as Director, Field Services and assistant director, program consultant, epidemiologist/program coordinator and 8 years as regional/district program supervisor. While at the Virginia Department of Health, she was also a specialist in disease intervention and management and worked closely with the CDC in effecting change in disease management and quality improvement methods. She is a community leader and skilled at facilitating and mobilizing community engagement. Ms. Henry has a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
