Theresa Henry is a Part-time Public Health Consultant for Advancing Strategic Innovations, LLC; a management consulting firm that is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) based in Delaware. Theresa provides support to ASI clients who are navigating the path to economic and healthy well being in the public, nonprofit and for profit sectors. Prior to joining ASI, Ms. Henry spent 36 years in public health at Virginia Department of Health. Of that, 20 years as Director, Field Services and assistant director, program consultant, epidemiologist/program coordinator and 8 years as regional/district program supervisor. While at the Virginia Department of Health, she was also a specialist in disease intervention and management and worked closely with the CDC in effecting change in disease management and quality improvement methods. 

She is a community leader and skilled at facilitating and mobilizing community engagements. Ms. Henry has a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
